Meet The Team

This role encompasses leadership of a group of soft services internal professionals. A core soft services skilled individual with a great passion towards making improvements in employees' soft services management.

Where You Come In

Leading Soft Services

  • You will lead a group of soft services teams comprising Pest Control Management, Janitorial Management, Cafeteria Management, Transportation, and Hostel Management.
  • You will possess a good knowledge of soft services management with strong technical and critical management skills.
  • You will manage a group of soft services professionals to perform and align with KPIs.
  • You will maintain a good retention plan for subordinates reporting under you.
  • You will guide the soft services team in every aspect of soft services management.
  • You will make the best decisions for the betterment of business needs related to, but not limited to, soft services.
  • You will take on other responsibilities as assigned by the Facilities Operation Manager.

Manage Coffee Shop, Mini Market, and POS System

  • You will monitor the operations and management of the coffee shop and mini market.
  • You will propose improvement ideas and lead projects on continuous improvements.
  • You will work with external vendors to improve employee satisfaction with the coffee shop and mini market.
  • You will keep track of data to measure vendor performance (e.g., dine-in percentage, employee satisfaction feedback, customer service, etc.).
  • You will maintain the POS system in the best condition.
  • You will maintain good vendor management with clear KPIs.

Manage Events

  • You will support and arrange internal events, including setting up locations, food ordering preparations, vendor registration, alignment with requestors, and other related tasks for event management.
  • You will monitor and update project timelines to ensure events are delivered on time.
  • You will participate in and assist with event evaluation, collecting feedback, metrics, and recommendations for improvements.
  • You will set up proper guidelines for event management, including request deadlines, food ordering templates, room arrangement deadlines, and other related items to ease communication and arrangements.
  • You will ensure safety is top-notch.
  • You will maintain good vendor management with clear KPIs.

What Makes You Successful

  • You have facilities experience with more than 5 years of technical and critical management experience with employees' soft services traits.
  • You have good supervisory skills and are able to work effectively with team members reporting under you, maintaining good collaboration within departments.
  • You are a good team player with great teamwork skills, able to handle multiple tasks, and are data-oriented.
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to interact with people at different levels within the same or different organizations.
  • You have good soft skills and interpersonal skills.
  • You can read and speak in English and Malay.

Experience And Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience with 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
