Essential Duties

1. Preventive Maintenance: Scheduling and performing regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns. Exploring and optimizing current practices and breakthrough ideas.
2. Repair Work: Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when malfunctions occur, including emergency repairs.
3. Technical Support: Providing technical support to other departments, assisting with the installation of new equipment, and ensuring that all machinery is up to code.
4. Documentation: Maintaining records of all maintenance activities in compliance with Dexcom Maintenance Standards, including logs of equipment performance and maintenance schedules. Proficient in utilizing CMMS for data analytics.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
6. Inventory Management: Managing inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts to ensure availability when needed.
7. Training: Training staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment to prevent misuse and increase operational efficiency.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving equipment reliability and performance through upgrades and modifications.
9. Budget Management: Managing the budget for maintenance activities, including costs for labor, parts, and services.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Mechanical or equivalent.
2. 3-5 Years of relevant working experience.
3. Micro certification in Maintenance will be an added advantage.
