Operations Manager for a well-known chain restaurant company in New Zealand

Daily Operations Management

• Responsible for managing daily operations and accountable for operational results.
• Complete various business and performance management indicators for the area under your responsibility.
• Regularly conduct store inspections, promptly provide feedback to the store manager, and formulate improvement plans while monitoring their implementation.
• Collect various problems that occur in the area, coordinate various functional departments of the company to provide assistance that the area needs.

Human Resource Management

• Coordinate and allocate staff distribution in the area to ensure sufficient and appropriate manpower under your responsibility, and establish a good team that works in a coordinated and cooperative manner.
• Track operation system execution and personnel training, evaluate the results of implementation.

New Store Opening

• Execute the new store opening process, reserve new store manpower, and ensure that the new store can open smoothly and operate smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the F&B outlets management industry and at least 1 year of experience as a store manager in a large-scale store or regional manager in a small-scale area.
• Prior working experience in F&B Outlet is an added advantage.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Able to adapt to rotating shifts.
• Able to proficiently use recruitment, training, and performance management skills, and configure outstanding store management teams.
• Possess excellent execution and results-driven abilities, able to develop and implement action plans to improve area performance.
• Able to proactively propose feasible methods for development, innovation, or improvement based on work situations.

Onigiri Limited is a well-known chain restaurant group in NZ, currently holding and operating multiple brands, including HEY I AM YOGOST, MACHI MACHI, COCOMO, and FLYING CHICKEN. It has opened 10 stores in NZ.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary of $60,000-$90,000, adjusted based on job level.
• Assistance with New Zealand visa or immigration application.
