Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of audit professionals and manage a portfolio of audit clients.
2. Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements.
3. Work closely with Audit Partners and Directors on client and engagement management.
4. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and in developing new business opportunities.
5. Assist in the development and enhancement of professional skill sets under an individually tailored mentored learning and development program.
6. Participate and contribute to management meetings regarding work processes, technical and professional updates, and learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

1. A recognized Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent.
2. At least 4 years (Assistant Manager)/ 6 years (Manager)/ 8 years (Senior Manager) of relevant working experience, preferably with large/medium size public auditing firms.
3. Experience in the shipping industry is an advantage.
4. Candidate must be comfortable working in the Malacca office.
