Responsibilities
Job Description

This position requires the candidate to utilize his/her technical knowledge and skills to the fullest in delivering state of the art software features in measurement equipment that will excite customers. The candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various design competencies within the department. He/She will work with the worldwide team to learn new approaches and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver software features that are better than the competition in every aspect, i.e. speed, accuracy, etc. within the committed development time frame.
2. Deliver effective spectrum analyzer software solutions with a good understanding of measurement algorithms. Knowledge of RF measurement science will be a significant advantage.
3. Strong grasp of memory management concepts.
4. Provide technical leadership and solve complex technical problems.
5. High quality of software deliverables through automated software QA testing and number/complexity of defects fixed before shipping the product.
6. Work with various competencies worldwide, especially R&D hardware, application software, marketing, etc. to deliver cutting edge solutions to the market.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering with at least 7-8 years’ experience in software development. Requires extensive experience and knowledge in job and ability to work independently.
2. Proven capability in delivering quality software using C#/.NET and/or C++.
3. Experience working with a large codeset and with peer code reviews.
4. Knowledge of RF concepts will be a significant advantage.
