about the job
This role reports to the Managing Director. Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Export Sales Manager to drive growth and expand their market presence internationally. The role will be responsible for developing and executing export strategies, managing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets across designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned international markets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with international distributors and key accounts to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other relevant events to represent Southern Lion and promote products.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in export sales, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, and logistics
  • Able to be based in Johor Bahru or open to relocate to Johor Bahru
