EXPORT SALES MANAGER

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Business Management or equivalent.
- Specialized in Marketing or Business.
- Willing to travel overseas.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) & knowledge in web analytics tools.
- Good understanding of marketing concepts, best practices, and research techniques.
- Experience communicating with overseas customers is an added advantage.
- Experience in Racking/ MHE/ 3PL / Paint / Building Materials / Packaging industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in Industrial Sales/Project Sales and Tendering Projects/Logistics and Warehousing Industry Network/Building Consultant Network/ Architect Network is an added advantage.
- Possess good communication skills in English (both oral and writing) and good interpersonal skills.
- Committed and energetic.
- Team player, Pro-active, Self-motivated, Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee performance and growth in the assigned sales territory.
- Expand the customer base through sales channels or agents.
- Create and execute business and sales strategies for the market.
- Analyze trends, pricing, competition, and demand to shape sales plans.
- Manage sales forecasting, pricing, key accounts, and profitability.
- Assess market opportunities, competitors' strengths, and forecast business.
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Ensure effective communication between sales and other departments.
- Handle orders, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Safeguard customer data and sensitive company information.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
- Identify issues and recommend improvements in operations.
- Assist other departments or subsidiaries as needed.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, including booth setup and marketing.
- Oversee marketing activities in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely execution of new product development and marketing.
