We are a subsidiary of Public Listed Company on main market of Bursa Malaysia. We are one of the leading manufacturers for Boltless Shelving, Pallet Racking System and other Racking / Storage System products.

We are looking for a candidate to fill the following vacancy in our group office:

EXPORT SALES MANAGER

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Business Management or equivalent.
  2. Specialized in Marketing or Business.
  3. Willing to travel overseas.
  4. Computer literate (Microsoft Office) & knowledge in web analytics tools.
  5. Good understanding of marketing concepts, best practices, and research techniques.
  6. Experience communicating with overseas customers is an added advantage.
  7. Experience in Racking/ MHE/ 3PL / Paint / Building Materials / Packaging industry is an added advantage.
  8. Experience in Industrial Sales/Project Sales and Tendering Projects/Logistics and Warehousing Industry Network/Building Consultant Network/ Architect Network is an added advantage.
  9. Possess good communication skills in English (both oral and writing) and good interpersonal skills.
  10. Committed and energetic.
  11. Team player, Pro-active, Self-motivated, Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee performance and growth in the assigned sales territory.
  2. Expand the customer base through sales channels or agents.
  3. Create and execute business and sales strategies for the market.
  4. Analyze trends, pricing, competition, and demand to shape sales plans.
  5. Manage sales forecasting, pricing, key accounts, and profitability.
  6. Assess market opportunities, competitors' strengths, and forecast business.
  7. Provide weekly reports on sales performance and market trends.
  8. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  9. Ensure effective communication between sales and other departments.
  10. Handle orders, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner.
  11. Safeguard customer data and sensitive company information.
  12. Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
  13. Identify issues and recommend improvements in operations.
  14. Assist other departments or subsidiaries as needed.
  15. Coordinate participation in trade shows, including booth setup and marketing.
  16. Oversee marketing activities in the assigned territory.
  17. Ensure timely execution of new product development and marketing.
