Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Selling company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers.
  2. Expanding business with existing customers by promoting new products or through a sales strategy.
  3. Cultivating strong relationships with new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships by coordinating with customers on drawings, samples, shipping, documentation, etc.
  4. Working closely with staff across different departments on different tasks, including new drawings, sample confirmation, payment updates, order planning, and so on.
  5. Maintaining good rapport with customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trends.
  6. Assisting the export manager in sales and marketing-related activities.
  7. Monitoring the payment of customers and following up on payment with them when necessary.
  8. Assisting the manager in the monthly collection budget.
  9. Maintaining the filing of drawings, sample approvals, and contracts signed by customers.
  10. Performing operational and ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time by HOD.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  2. Minimum university graduate or 1-2 years working experience in an export environment.
  3. Able to work under tight deadlines.
  4. Problem-solving skills & able to handle complaints.
  5. Require a candidate with a resilient character.
  6. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English.
  7. Good interpretation & negotiation skills.
