Export Sales Coordinator

1. Support the Sales Executive, Sales Manager,
Customer Service, and sales team members in all aspects of day-to-day operations.

2. Ensure all material requisition orders, regular sales orders, and transfer warehouse orders are fulfilled on a regular basis.

3. Understand and execute all supply chain activities such as stock take, physical inventory count, inventory accuracy in allocation and consumption, material demand,
sales order entry, and purchase order entry if needed.

4. Execute all supply chain and operational activities including planning, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, customer fulfillment and import/export operations.

5. Assess and manage inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply.

6. Liaise with sales, customer service and buyers to provide delivery dates and shipping information.

7. Manage Shipper / Receiver.

8. Support the ISO programs and the coordination of the certification process.

9. Report unsafe acts, potential hazards or equipment malfunctions.

10. Perform any other duties as the company deems fit.
