We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join us in supporting multinational export operations. You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient export operations.

The Opportunity

1. Master data entry according to our Export Standard Operating Procedures.
2. Efficiently create Quick Bookings in the CargoWise system based on booking confirmations.
3. Manage Consol registrations and issue Shipper's instructions.
4. Provide timely and accurate responses to information queries and access relevant files.
5. Conduct thorough checks of completed work to ensure accuracy and proactively communicate with stakeholders via email.
6. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for sensitive customer and company information.
7. Support our partners through clear and effective communication through written Mandarin.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

1. Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field (or equivalent).
2. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, essential for supporting Mandarin communication needs.
3. Proven data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
4. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. A strong desire to learn and grow within the freight forwarding and shipping industry.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Flexibility to work occasionally during public holidays and weekends.
