Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain positive client relationships to foster potential business opportunities.
2. Driving sales target achievement, leveraging marketing support and ensuring project success through cross-functional collaboration.
3. Sales implementation, strategy, and management.
4. Collaborate with clients on exhibition requirements and marketing collaterals.
5. Project execution during exhibitions such as handling and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other related parties.
6. Ensure effective implementation and coordination of duties internally amongst departments.
7. Study and understand market trends & competitors’ directions and ensure the exhibitions, events & marketing campaigns are aligned with market needs and changes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing Communications, Advertising, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
2. Prior experience in event/exhibition/tradeshow project management or any related industry will be an added advantage.
3. Leadership attributes, highly independent & self-motivated, committed, professional, and result-oriented.
4. Possess problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
5. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Pragmatic, meticulous, and multitasker.
7. Proficiency in English, BM, and Mandarin/Cantonese. Mandarin literacy is preferred due to exposure to Mandarin-speaking international exhibitors and delegates.
8. Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation/overseas.
9. Knowledge of beauty & jewellery sectors will be an added advantage.
