Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Executive in developing and implementing strategies for wholesale business growth.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements required for wholesale clients.
  • Organize and maintain documentation for contracts, service agreements, and customer correspondences.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks assigned by the Senior Executive are completed on time.
  • Liaise with wholesale clients on behalf of the Senior Executive to address inquiries and collect feedback.
  • Ensure all customer requests, including quotations and service inquiries, are addressed promptly and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain customer profiles and service records to assist the Senior Executive in account planning and relationship management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, PMO, service delivery, and network operations, to ensure seamless execution of tasks assigned by the Senior Executive.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, providing updates to the Senior Executive to facilitate decision-making.
  • Assist in ensuring timely renewal of customer contracts and service agreements.
  • Compile and prepare reports on revenue monitoring, performance metrics, and client activity as directed by the Senior Executive.
  • Verify billing data and support the Senior Executive in ensuring error-free invoices are submitted before cut-off dates.
  • Maintain records of all departmental activities, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for reference.
  • Prepare related documentation and follow up with customers until the document is signed and returned.
  • Support the Senior Executive in monitoring compliance with PPGs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure tasks assigned are aligned with company policies and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar support role, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications processes and wholesale operations.
  • Ability to work under guidance and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
