- Execute plans/activities to meet the dept KPIs set on Delinquency Ratio (DR), Write-off Preventive, Impaired Loan (IL) management and Bad Debt Recovered.
- Adhere and execute legal strategies to achieve the department's budget and target.
- Participate to reduce ECL for all IL, PWO, WO accounts by meeting the department budget.
- Participate in implementing all cost-saving initiatives within the department.
- To instruct solicitors/valuers to conduct valuation report for Foreclosure proceeding.
- Responsible and expedite the Valuation Report in follow up closely the status with Valuer/Solicitor.
- To liaise with valuer to ensure TAT met in completion and delivery of the valuation report.
- Responsible to expedite on the evaluation report from valuer for foreclosure proceeding to reduce the IL ratio and boost up BDR.
- To ensure turnaround time (TAT) met all the times for all request until maintenance done.
- To ensure accuracy on status update, Instruction, received, cancelled in DM9 for ease of reference by others on work status.
- Dealing/liaise with valuer on property matter and verbal confirmation on Current Market Value if required.
- Valuation billing confirmation for closed/redeemed accounts from Valuer if any.
- Prepare, assist and compile unit monthly report.
- To assist, support system enhancement which may involve UAT testing and/or perform any ad-hoc task/assignment given by Management.
- Attend all relevant training (include E-learning) for personal development and to broaden technical/behavioral skill & knowledge which applicable to current job.
