Executive - Sustainability, Strategy & Performance Management

• Implement sustainability strategies, framework, roadmap, plans, initiatives, metrics, and KPIs.
• Conduct strategic analysis on sustainability policies and best practices and mapping of existing initiatives to the applicable sustainability frameworks. Use forward-looking scenarios that consider the impact of sustainability risks and opportunities on Business Strategy.
• Coordinate and implement sustainability projects and initiatives.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and report sustainability impact metrics tracking and value creation. Consolidate and update monthly dashboards to track changes and provide perspective in sustainability key metrics, monitoring, and reporting for management information and decision-making as well as inputs for sustainability reporting.
• Maintain partnerships and consultative working relationships with key stakeholders and sustainability expert partners to obtain insights and perspectives to enhance solutions, safeguard the organization's interest and integrity, and sustain productive collaboration.
• Support in advising, educating, and communicating sustainability subjects.
• Collaborate with other functions/departments to support the development and implementation of policies and guidelines related to sustainability programs affecting the environment, health, and safety of the organization.

The Incumbent:

• Possess a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related business field.
• A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits a strong passion for the field of ESG and Sustainability.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and assess information in areas such as Climate Change, Sustainable Finance, Social Investment, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience (both verbally and written).
• Strong time management abilities including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• A self-starter who is resourceful, dynamic, disciplined, proactive, and committed, with strong and innovative problem-solving skills, and works comfortably in a constantly evolving environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
