About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive, Service Delivery (1 Year Contract and Renewable) to join the team at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This contract role will play a key part in supporting the overall service delivery operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and managing the day-to-day service delivery operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to customers
• Liaising with various internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth running of service delivery processes
• Monitoring and reporting on service delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Providing administrative support to the service delivery function, including documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping
• Assisting with the implementation of new service delivery initiatives and process enhancements
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall service delivery function

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or service delivery role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to deliver presentations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess own transportation for travel needs
