Executive/Senior Executive - Project Management (Selangor)

Your Key Accountabilities

• Execute project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.
• Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors and consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned projects achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.
• Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.
• Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Project Management or anything equivalent
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in project/construction management, with property developer, and/or consultancy firm
• Familiar with project management tools/software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and proactive
