JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To review financial report and advise Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) on accuracy. To liaise with FSSC to execute related activities to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow management and tax computations for a company.
• To manage and monitor current account and HDA account. To ensure that company's commitments are met. To highlight if there is a foreseeable shortage of funds or cash flow deficit.
• To prepare audit schedule and account reconciliation, to assist in audit matters (eg: preparing and providing documents to auditors) to ensure smooth and successful audit process.
• To ensure that tax instalment payments are made in a timely manner to avoid tax penalties from late payment.
• To liaise with the banks on relevant documentation (eg: prepare loan draw down letters to send to the bank) and to follow up accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualification is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance in the property industry. Experience in REIT would be an added advantage.
• Experienced in handling full set of accounts; Working experience with Property Developer will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge on tax matters, and good understanding on compliance.
• Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent in written and spoken English.
• Organized and meticulous.
• Proactive, able to work independently, a dynamic and team player with initiative.
