Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Central Regional cum Portfolio Head in daily operations.
• Monitor and manage accounts to ensure timely payment collections thus improving aging accounts.
• Collaborate with legal team if legal actions are required.
• Collaborate with repossessors if repo actions are required.
• Ensure strict compliance in SOPs on recovery for all defaulted accounts.
• Ensure timely reporting for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Contribute effective problem-solving solutions.
• Conduct field work when the needs arise.
• Work towards and achieve management target and KPIs given.
• Attend requests and enquiries from the customers and Business Centers.
• Negotiate with distressed customers on collections solutions.
• Manage and monitor Floor Stocking (FS) accounts.
• Custodian of post-dated cheques.
• Raise restructuring papers when required.
• Undertake any other tasks that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of credit control and relevant working experience in banking and/or non-financial industry.
• Candidate must possess a good grasp of the interest computation in Hire Purchase (HP) and Floor Stocking (FS).
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learning ability and pleasant working attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm
Saturday (Alternate): 9.00am to 12.30pm
