Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely preparation of all relevant documents and assist in the review of such documents to ensure that high professional quality (technically correct, arithmetically accurate, clear, concise, precise, logical, in-depth and neat) is maintained
• Ensure that assignments are successfully completed within the specified time frame
• Liaise with officials of relevant regulatory authorities including attending to their queries satisfactorily
• Provide timely and effective service to clients and assist to structure transactions to fulfill client’s needs
• Responsible for liaising with clients to obtain, on a timely basis, all necessary information for preparation of the relevant documents, including monitoring the tentative timetable for the proposals
• Follow up on outstanding issues relating to the proposals
• Monitor conditions imposed by the relevant authorities to ensure compliance
• Maintain and enhance close rapport with customers and associates to ensure continuous business support
• Liaise with clients in relation to requirement in the submission of follow-up questionnaires
• Perform any other duties as and when instructed by superiors
• To carry out any other duties assigned/directed by the management from time to time

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree or relevant professional qualifications from an institution recognised by the government of Malaysia
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in corporate advisory/corporate finance/audit or related field
• Preferably candidates with Capital Markets Services Representative License (CMSRL) - Advising on Corporate Finance or partial passed the relevant modules of the Securities Commission Licensing Examination
• Familiar with the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities, regulators, SC and Bursa Securities
• Good analytical skills and detailed-oriented in work
• Meticulous and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates with passing the relevant Licensing modules can also be considered
• Bumiputras are encouraged to apply
