Executive / Senior Executive - Business Development (Car Park)

About the Job

1. Assist in developing a team to grow the company’s parking business.
2. Draft expansion plans, review potential sites, and conduct feasibility studies to identify target locations.
3. Maintain an up-to-date database of site proposals, valuations, and relevant information.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including car park sites and related services, while managing essential business development materials.
5. Acquire and manage new sites to achieve corporate targets and maximize sales and profits.
6. Implement a KPI-based, performance-driven reward system for the team.
7. Promote and enhance the company’s corporate identity across all sites and marketing channels.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, car park and building owners, management companies, and authorities.
9. Develop partnerships, schedule meetings, and create business strategies.
10. Deliver pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to clients and management.
11. Secure and finalize contracts for managing and acquiring new car park sites.
12. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new developments, car park tenders, competitors, and technologies.

Skills and Experience Required

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets or KPIs.
3. 3-5 years of experience in the car park industry is a plus.
