Responsibilities:

• Processing daily sales orders and following up with credit hold orders.
• Following up with the sales team on customer outstanding disputes.
• Banking in cheques and processing customer payments.
• Processing customer stock return notes and updating tracking listings.
• Monthly submission forms for petty cash claims, promoter claims, and staff attendance to Head Office.
• Verification and acknowledgment of Distributor Management System (DMS) claims.
• Performing general office tasks such as filing and ordering stationery.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Minimum education level: Higher Secondary/STPM or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer applications and relevant office software.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
