EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - INTERIM EXECUTIVES DIVISION (Part Time)

Location: Pershore, Worcestershire

THE ROLE

The role of Executive Recruitment Consultant for our Interim Executives Division (Part Time) will involve a combination of new business development, account management, and both consultative and transactional recruitment. You will work as part of a successful and established team that enjoys a strong reputation in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing client relationships and attending client visits.
  2. New business development, advertising, and interviewing.
  3. Managing candidates through the client's selection process until placement.
  4. Sourcing, screening, and consulting with candidates on their career aspirations.
  5. Forging strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and corporate culture.
  6. Expanding the interim executives division and identifying new business opportunities.
  7. Working collaboratively with the team to develop excellent working relationships internally and externally.

THE PERSON

  • Graduate calibre with drive, ambition, and commitment.
  • Experienced in recruiting managerial and executive level candidates.
  • Experience of recruiting interim executives is advantageous.
  • Experienced technical and competency/behavioural interviewer.
  • CIPD level 3 or 5 is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.
  • Psychometric test or coaching qualifications are advantageous but not a prerequisite.
  • Articulate with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • A consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience within the interim executives recruitment sector or recruiting temporary managerial staff.
  • Excellent customer service and key account relationship management experience.
  • A hardworking and committed individual looking to contribute and progress within a growing company while maintaining work-life balance.
  • Previous recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter, HR/Talent Acquisition/Resourcing Manager, or with a recruitment/executive search consultancy.
  • High achieving and articulate, able to present at the highest levels within business.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
