About the role

The Executive, Provider & Vendor Management will be responsible for managing relationships with providers and vendors engaged in company programs or schemes to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to enhance engagement and optimize performance across the provider and vendor network.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct research and assess potential partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and service standards.
• Track provider/vendor performance against SLAs, contracts, and regulatory requirements, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Build long-term, collaborative relationships with vendors, providers, and stakeholders through regular engagements, meetings, and reviews.
• Facilitate negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and strategic objectives.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to providers and vendors to improve processes, enhance service quality, and drive innovation.
• Analyze performance data and collaborate with QA to recommend improvements and drive continuous service enhancement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in provider relations, vendor management, procurement, or operations, ideally within the healthcare industry.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience in planning and delivering training is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of vendor management best practices and regulatory compliance is an added advantage.
