The incumbent is responsible to manage PAMB Panel hospitals and ensure efficient and effective services are provided to our customers as well as contributing to the overall objectives of supporting Company's growth.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Build, foster and maintain a close working relationship with the panel of hospitals, i.e. administrative staff & doctors.
  2. Provide education and awareness to the hospital staff, doctors, agents, leaders on claim abuses, rights of policyholders, medical coverage, claim processes, do's and don'ts etc.
  3. Resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvements where appropriate with panel hospitals.
  4. Resolve complaints by hospitals, agents and policyholders with reference to the Hospital Alliance Services (HAS) services.
  5. Provide support on extraction, aggregation, and quality assurance of data from multiple sources in support of performing quantitative analyses and reporting of utilization and health costs.
  6. Update and submit reports as required by management within the agreed service standards.
  7. Continuously attend/involve with training for personal and career development.
  8. Undertake projects/other work and duties allocated by management as and when required.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications

  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Allied Health, Nursing or Biological Sciences and etc.

Experience

  • Preferably experience in healthcare, i.e. Hospital environment or other related field for at least 1 Year. Fresh graduates can be considered.

Knowledge

  • Medical or hospital background. Possess knowledge on Life Insurance claims processing is an advantage. Computer literate and familiar with MS Excel.
