Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and implementing Marketing & Sales activities to achieve Business Plan goals.
Key Responsibilities
To devise and execute effective Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve project’s Business Plan goals.
To plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, etc. to deliver sales targets.
To carry out market research and competitor analysis to supplement business decisions.
To conduct target market analysis and leads profile to supplement business decisions.
To coordinate inter/intra-department and external workflow in order to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.
To administer and execute department guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance.
To assist with any other work relating to marketing & sales functions such as management reporting, liaison with agencies/suppliers/solicitors/bankers/authorities, and undertaking necessary application or renewal of Developer’s License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permit (AP), among others.
Qualifications
Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
Skills & Abilities
Having a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language would be an added advantage.
Must be computer literate.
Possessing a driving license would be an added advantage.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
1 year of related working experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
