Your Key Accountabilities

• Execute project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety, and health management.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.
• Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve all technical issues.
• Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.

To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess:

Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Science, or equivalent.

Experience

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion.

Technical Skills

• Possess knowledge and/or familiarity with QESHMS.
• Familiar with MS Office and project management tools/software.
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and proactive.
• Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements, and EHS practices.
