About the role

As the Executive, Project Management, you will play a supportive role in assisting the Project Manager with various project-related activities. This role requires involvement in project planning, design development, feasibility studies, and technical coordination. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution, contributing to the successful delivery of Skyworld Development's projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing project briefs, feasibility studies, and project cash flow analyses.
  • Support design development activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.
  • Involve in technical aspects of the project, including drawing reviews and coordination with consultants on cost planning.
  • Liaise with inter-department teams such as Sales & Marketing, Contracts, and other relevant departments for project-related matters.
  • Coordinate project documentation and ensure timely updates to support project tracking and reporting.
  • Perform any other assignments as required by the Project Manager or Project Management Office (PMO).

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in property development or construction-related projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Proactive with good initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to project tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles will be an added advantage.
