Executive, Project Development

Support in planning & implementation of sales related project roll out. Build capabilities and train customers, distributors and Sales team on system functionalities, as part of the process of the project. Liaise with regional technical support team.

Responsibilities:

• Support in planning and implementation of Sales related project roll out.
• Build capabilities and train customers, distributors and Sales team on Sales related project and system functionalities.
• Liaise with regional technical support team.
• Identify the gaps and drive the pick-up rates of customers and distributors on using Sales related program.
• Able to assist northern region sales team on the expansion of Sales related project.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• Proactive, strong sense of urgency, positive “can do” attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to help the department run smoothly and efficiently
• Strong enthusiasm to drive results, demonstrated problem solving ability, maintaining a customer-first, continuous improvement orientation
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures.
• Candidate with sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
• Good planning & organizational skills
• Comfortable with numbers and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic website system management knowledge will be an added advantage
• Must possess a valid full driving license
• Extensive travelling is required for this role

Workplace: Penang, MY

Job type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Time: Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 5pm, Friday 8:15am - 4pm
