To assist the Production Manager to supervise & guide the warehouse staff and support & follow up operation issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising, guiding, motivating, and training the warehouse staff to carry out daily warehouse activities.
• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor all raw materials deliveries and requisition for production.
• Manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems.
• Implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse materials identification.
• Responsible for food safety management system to ensure implementation and compliance with quality practices with the FSSC 22000 requirement.
• Ensure the stock control systems are up to date and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution good area at all times.

Education and Qualification

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics industries/material management.
