Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage tenders for agrochemicals, rubber parts, batteries, culverts and cover crop seeds.
  • To liaise with suppliers and monitor the timely delivery of the tender products.
  • To prepare monthly reports on the purchase and delivery of bulk purchase items.
  • To perform any other job responsibilities as assigned by the superior or Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or a related field in procurement.
  • Preferably, candidates should possess knowledge in SAP, Excel, and other MS Office applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will be based at IOI City Tower 2, Putrajaya.
