As an Executive, Planning (Dairy Manufacturing) at F&N Agrivalley, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordination of dairy manufacturing operations at our facility in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely production of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and maintain detailed production plans to meet customer demand and sales forecasts
2. Schedule manufacturing processes and resources, including equipment, materials, and labour, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime
3. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed to address any issues or deviations
4. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure the availability of necessary materials and compliance with standards
5. Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
6. Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance and KPIs

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in a field such as manufacturing, industrial engineering, or supply chain management
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar production planning or scheduling role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
4. Proficient in using production planning and scheduling software, such as ERP or MRP systems
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
6. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

About us

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd launches its foray into the upstream fresh milk business with a groundbreaking ceremony of the Group’s integrated dairy farm in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan. This momentous milestone puts the Group on track to become one of the largest milk producers in Malaysia when its integrated farm reaches its Phase 1 full production at 100 million liters of fresh milk. Spread over 2,726 hectares, the farm will eventually house 20,000 milking cows, producing 200 million liters of fresh milk yearly for the local and international markets. The processing and packaging line will be sited right next to the milking parlor, offering Malaysian consumers quality fresh milk at an affordable price. This will also help promote the growth of the local agricultural industry by fostering a skilled workforce and generating job opportunities in the dairy and agriculture industries.
