Executive – Planning Analyst

OVERVIEW

• Ensure collection of data and analysis to support S&OP process.
• Identify additional analytics required to increase visibility and agility of supply chain activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and analyze supply chain data.
• Ensure timely update of all relevant master data at defined intervals.
• Verify data integrity and close gaps.
• Develop scenario planning to fulfill demand.
• Identify opportunities to improve master data quality.
• Ensure calculation of all identified metrics for S&OP and provide required analysis in time for S&OP cycle.
• Ensure timely follow-up with appropriate process owners on the actions for high priority alerts.
• Forecast and pre-plan the capacity by products and time horizon.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for glove samples to support business growth.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, and QA on glove code creation.
• Provide training, guidance, and coaching to subordinates (if any).
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience or fresh graduate.
• Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to apply analytical techniques to understand and analyze solutions critically.
