Executive - Operations

About The Role

We’re looking for an Operation Executive to play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
2. Manage customer inquiries from order placement to invoicing, keeping customers and operation manager informed
3. Monitor the order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery
4. Liaise with the operations team regarding stock availability and production schedule prior to processing of orders
5. Evaluation of costs and maintaining profit margins
6. Analyze operational data and maintain product inventory
7. Monitor whether policies and procedures are followed throughout the company
8. Communicate with executives and upper management regularly to create short or long term operational goals

What We're Looking For

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Operations or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in Operations or relevant industry
3. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
4. Proficient in SQL system and Microsoft Office
5. Able to multitask and manage time effectively
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work independently
7. Working experience in operations is an added advantage
