Executive, Operation PTC/PTL (Logistics)

Job Description:

  1. Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
  2. Assist in packing incoming stocks, recording and reporting inventories.
  3. Keep items/stocks separated, organized and in good rotation.
  4. Pick and pack orders as required based on daily orders requirements.
  5. Retrieving orders according to quantity, pack size, keep track of orders, confirming orders accuracy and confirmation.
  6. Ensuring correct order information and requirements, and move completed and confirmed orders to outbound areas.
  7. Locating items or stocks using technology and maintain equipment and report on malfunctions if any.
  8. Monitors product/stock quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate issues.
  9. Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  10. Assist in monitoring, control development and execution of logistics/replenishment stocks flow action plans.
  11. To secure efficient stocks flow by having close collaboration with supply chain team, logistics team and all internal stakeholders for stock optimization.
  12. Contribute to the logistics organization by adhering to an efficient phase in/phase out stocks for space and stocks allocation optimization.
  13. Responsible for the replenishment dashboard on the agreed goals and action plan and involved in goal setting.
  14. Responsible for process optimization of process operation flow by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way with the best practices.
  15. To optimize the utilization of storage space in the warehouse floor and planning of resources.
  16. Perform tasks and jobs assigned by the management or superior as deemed fit and required.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Business or Logistics or related field or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 – 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  3. System knowledge either SAP or WMS.
  4. Strong analytical skill, problem solving and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as a team to meet goals and objectives.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Access, Power Point, Excel).
