Daily operations at Concierge.
Reply via our omni-channel system (CEH), attending telephone calls and face-to-face requests.
Handle emergency accidents and incidents.
Assist with the loaning of amenities, lost & found, and assisting senior citizens.
Opening and closing of counter.
Delight customers on a daily basis and during the festive season.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Customer Service/ Airline Operation/Airport Management or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service/ F&B/ Hotel & Management is required for this position.
Competence in writing and communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Competence in vernacular languages such as Mandarin and Tamil would be added advantages.
Capacity to manage high stress situations.
Demonstrate ability to work in a team.
Capacity to work in shifts and able to work during weekends & Public Holidays, 6 working days.
Willing to be based in Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway).
