Executive, Marketing & Sales

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible to achieve individual sales target as well as company and/or property development's sales target
2. Support lead and sales generation
3. Coordinate sales activities
4. Execute marketing & sales activities as planned
5. Organise sales event and roadshow
6. Prepare and update sales kit from time to time
7. Liaise with vendors/external parties of their service provided, quotation and ensure jobs deliver on timeline manner
8. Attend all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries, update enquiries report and to follow up sale on timeline manner
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently
10. Conduct market/relevant research and trend analysis to ensure market competitiveness
11. Preparation of sales reports and other reports required by the management
12. Duty on Company's newly launches, property road shows, exhibition and sales gallery when needed
13. Perform ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required
14. Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Real Estate Management or equivalent
2. Preferably with 3 years working experience in developer company
3. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS PowerPoint
4. Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Confident, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing, responsive that able to communicate, present well with any level of people and work as a team
7. Possess own transport
