Executive, Marketing Communication

Job Purpose

Support the Group Marketing and Local marketing function within every area of Marketing Communication activities in shopping mall business.

Job Responsibilities

Events and Campaigns:

• Plan and execute events to attract shoppers.
• Collaborate with external parties for promotions.
• Manage marketing materials and documentation.

Marketing Communication:

• Maintain and enhance the company’s website and social media channels.
• Assist in campaign rollouts across various platforms.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity.

Casual Mall Leasing:

• Support revenue targets through strategic leasing.
• Monitor marketing activities and sales progress.

Job Dimension

• Develop annual marketing plans aimed at increasing foot traffic and sales revenue.
• Maintain brand presence across channels to boost recognition.
• Collaborate with tenants for joint marketing initiatives.
• Implement loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

To qualify for the role, you must have qualifications, knowledge or skills as listed below:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required.
• Any professional course attended that are related to this position.
• Possess at least 4 - or 5-years of working experience in shopping mall.
