- Develop Insightful Communication Plan: Identifying messages to convey in the project, customizing the designs to the interest of target audiences, using strategic development and placement of communication copy and photography, creating materials for diverse internal platforms and collaboration with internal stakeholders to create compelling and motivating materials to target audiences (internal and/or external Communications Channel).
- Gather materials: To understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications concept and technique.
- Design Concepts and Illustration: Develop creative concepts and illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style.
- Copy writing and contents management: Write and create contents based on research to ensure contents and messaging reflect the initiative ideals, vision and goal with originality and authenticity.
- Developing effectiveness report: Conduct effectiveness survey with key learning & insights and feedback from branch teams with improvement recommendations and develop insightful reports that can be served as guides for stakeholders for Pre-Implementation, During Implementation, and Post-Implementation.
- Presents ideas and recommendations: Develop insightful ideas/proposals based on gathered data/research, report to manager(s) and stakeholders to obtain their approval and buy-in to advance project's goals.
- Develop and manage communication schedule and timeline: Create systematic digital tracking and monitoring system for end-to-end initiative/project development.
