Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing custom clearance for both import and export in AEO, troubleshooting issues that may arise and fixing them effectively.
• Dealing with all import and export documentation/permits/AEO transactions. Ensure all records are well maintained for the traceability of custom audit and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
• Liaising with government agencies for customs, import and export related matters.
• Liaising with freight forwarding agents, external warehouse and suppliers to ensure custom clearance is done smoothly to facilitate timely delivery.
• Assisting Logistics Lead in LMW reporting, license/exemption application and renewal.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proactive, aggressive and diligent. Able to perform tasks with minimum supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication in both verbal and written.
