Assisting payroll team with monthly overtime and allowances calculation on time with high accuracy
Preparing for confirmation and extension correspondence
Preparing staffs’ tools agreement
Preparing monthly overtime and other allowances related reports to finance
Assist to gathering staff’s tardiness and updated information for payroll section every mid-month
Ensure proper and organized document filing.
Attending staff inquiries from time to time
Responsible for HR department file’s management (Crown Record Management)
Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required by the superior.
Requirements:
The candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or any equivalent.
Good communication in English and any other languages is an added advantage.
Must have excellent follow-up skills, a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Must be a team player.
