Responsibilities:

  • Assisting payroll team with monthly overtime and allowances calculation on time with high accuracy
  • Preparing for confirmation and extension correspondence
  • Preparing staffs’ tools agreement
  • Preparing monthly overtime and other allowances related reports to finance
  • Assist to gathering staff’s tardiness and updated information for payroll section every mid-month
  • Ensure proper and organized document filing.
  • Attending staff inquiries from time to time
  • Responsible for HR department file’s management (Crown Record Management)
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required by the superior.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or any equivalent.
  • Good communication in English and any other languages is an added advantage.
  • Must have excellent follow-up skills, a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Must be a team player.
