Responsibilities:

• Work closely with HR Shared Service to provide full scope of payroll, including processing in SAP systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees with compensation and benefits-related queries.
• Liaise with all Government Departments and Local Authorities in matters related to employment and statutory requirements.
• Responsible for the execution of salary increments and bonuses, including letters and related matters.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks for potential candidates.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to wages and benefits.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create a recruitment plan aligned with company goals.
