We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to support our Talent team in ensuring smooth and efficient daily HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support
Help organize training sessions and HR events
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or any other Business Field
Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience
Exposure to other HR areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, or learning & development is an advantage
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
