Job description

As an Executive, Human Resources, you will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies while managing daily operations. Your responsibilities will include workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, training facilitation, and compliance.

You will optimize HR policies, enhance workflows, and contribute to employer branding and employee experience initiatives. Your goal is to ensure smooth HR operations while driving strategic improvements that align with business objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and monitor HR performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts with department heads.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Conduct market research on hiring trends and talent availability.
  • Strengthen employer branding to position BFA as a preferred employer.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Oversee the performance review process and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop employee career growth plans and oversee training programs.

Employee Benefits & Claims Management

  • Administer staff insurance policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee claims, including medical, travel, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain relationships with insurance providers for optimal coverage.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive HR digitalization initiatives for improved efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance HR documentation, contracts, and policies.

Employee Engagement & Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute engagement programs, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Organize HR-related events and team-building activities.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Payroll, Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain HR records with accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Task Force & Cross-Functional Initiatives

  • Participate in special committees and task forces as assigned.
  • Support ESG, HSE, and CSR initiatives in line with company policies.

For you to be successful:

  • Proven experience in HR strategy and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and labor regulations.
  • Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and multitask.

You will require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR strategy or operations.
  • Exposure to the Oil & Gas Consulting industry is a plus.
