• Handle recruitment by posting, screening, interviewing from effective job channels.
• Check staff attendance, leave records, medical limits.
• Check staff claims and prepare payment upload.
• Prepare HR Letter.
• Arrange training and perform HRDC grant apply from e-tris system.
• Propose staff events/staff bonding activities.
• Involve in Payroll preparation.
• Liaise with government statutory when required: KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDC etc.
• Support office administration and assist other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant fields.
• At least 2 years working experience as a Human Resource.
• We prefer candidates with a willing to learn attitude and dedication.
• Office located at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
• Nearest LRT station: Alam Sutera.
• Monday to Friday only 8:30am – 5:30pm.
