Executive, HR (Talent Acquisition, Hiring & Employee Relation) - Multiple Roles
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Compliance & Policy:
Ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with local labour laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
Participate in any special projects/programs as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields.
Computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in English and Malay language.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
