Executive, HR (Talent Acquisition, Hiring & Employee Relation) - Multiple Roles

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with local labour laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Participate in any special projects/programs as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields.
  • Computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient in English and Malay language.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
