Executive - HR Shared Services (Learning & Development)

OVERVIEW :

1. Maintain and administer robust Learning and Development (L&D) management processes in achieving a highly competent workforce.
2. Actively contribute to ongoing L&D projects and initiatives to enhance organizational growth and talent development.
3. HRDC Grant Management: Serve as the process owner for HRDC grant applications and claim reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
4. Plan and coordinate internal, external, and public training sessions as outlined in the annual training plan.
5. Maintain and analyze learning effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement based on Kirk Patrick's 4 Levels of training effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with functional managers to identify and evaluate relevant training programs to support department goals.
7. Ensure all training records are accurately documented and maintained for compliance and reference.
8. Serve as the learning administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation and user support.
9. Facilitate tailored training sessions, including soft skills programs, as endorsed by management.
10. Recommend targeted learning interventions and continuous improvement approaches to boost work efficiency and close competency gaps.
11. Lead assigned L&D projects, managing timelines and stakeholders to ensure successful completion.
12. Conduct training audits and evaluations as assigned to maintain effectiveness and compliance standards.
13. Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting relevant L&D processes and documentation.
14. Work closely with cross-functional and cross-site teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of training processes.
15. Maintain the L&D policy and ensure all related documentation is updated and accessible.
16. Actively participate in company-initiated HR projects to support organizational initiatives.
17. Perform additional tasks as required by the superior, demonstrating flexibility and support for L&D goals.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
