EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the overall operations of Housekeeping Department.
  • Supervises all housekeeping employees, plans and assigns work assignments for regular duties and special duties according to occupancy forecast.
  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the Hotel.
  • To ensure that corporate and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all levels.
  • Preparation of Annual Housekeeping Budget.
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms.
  • Implement Housekeeping systems and procedures as per ISO standards.
  • Monitoring of pest control activities.
  • To assist in staff development and training as well as monitoring its effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Must possess Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum three years experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or currently holding the position of Executive Housekeeper of a hotel/service apartment.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to lead a team.
