Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies and campaigns to drive sustainable income growth. This role requires a dynamic, charismatic individual with exceptional networking skills and the ability to foster long-lasting, successful relationships. The ideal candidate is adaptable to change, committed to continuous learning, and thrives under pressure with a strong ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain key relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate partners, individual donors, and internal teams.
• Monitor, gather, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that enhance both online and offline fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with the communications team to develop outreach initiatives, online campaigns, and fundraising collateral materials.
• Explore and develop diverse fundraising channels to build and maintain a robust pipeline of future donors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, including IRAS, Data Protection, COC, and the Charity Act.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Administration, Digital Marketing & Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field such as business development or sales.
• Independent, organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills. A team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• For candidates without nonprofit experience, the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills in a new environment is an advantage.
