Executive, Fund Valuation

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily valuation for funds and ensure accuracy of net asset value (NAV) including expenses accrual.
• Perform creation/cancellation for the funds.
• Perform bank reconciliation for funds and private mandates.
• Ensure monthly bank statements are completed and saved on the server.
• Prepare EPF Reports.
• Prepare UTF/WF Statistical Returns, UTF/WF Investment Returns, FMC Report and Half-yearly FMC Reports.
• Involved in system set up for new fund launches.

Job Requirements

• Possess Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, any professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or any other equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in fund management service.
• Knowledge of fund management operations and unit trust industry.
• Dedicated, self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcomed to apply.
