Executive, Front-End Developer

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform design mock-ups into fully functional web pages.
2. Work with the project team to ensure smooth development of applications and systems, including scheduling, design, implementation, and testing.
3. Participate in the full lifecycle of application and system development, including website portals and other systems, delivering services aligned with the company's vision and mission.
4. Develop and integrate front-end code, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end and back-end API applications.
5. Implement responsive design techniques to ensure web applications are visually appealing and functional on various devices and screen sizes.
6. Enhance user experience by optimizing page load times, improving performance, and ensuring smooth and intuitive navigation.
7. Use front-end frameworks and libraries to enhance the development process.
8. Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following established coding standards and industry best practices.
9. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web pages to ensure error-free, high-quality output.
10. Use version control systems like Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.
11. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development. Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to align with the company’s strategic direction.
12. Provide support during customer meetings by proposing solutions and contributing to internal projects as needed.
13. Be prepared to assist with miscellaneous tasks as required.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of PHP and web development principles.
3. 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT software applications development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
4. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Understanding of web accessibility standards.
6. Familiarity with UX principles, testing, debugging, and web security.
7. Basic understanding of using Linux/Unix systems would be beneficial.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Creativity and attention to detail.
10. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
11. Experience with frameworks such as Laravel is a plus.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
